Many people search for it as Meta AI Agent or Meta's AI agent. It automates commercial conversations: answering questions, qualifying leads, recommending products, and closing sales inside WhatsApp and other Meta channels.
How does Meta calculate the cost?
Meta bills agent usage according to the active pricing model. From August 1, 2026, Meta charges for messages generated by its AI agent.
In real sales scenarios, each agent message can cost around US$0.06 depending on complexity. Meta also published a US$2 per million tokens reference rate.
